I'm Anthony Power Baker, a former Navy SEAL Captain with 26 years of experience leading high-performing teams in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. After transitioning from the military in 2019, I founded APowerBaker (APB) Consulting to share my proven leadership methodologies with organizations and individuals seeking greater leadership impact.

I've executed mission-critical operations across Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia, and the Middle East, directed Navy SEAL Basic Training (BUD/S), and culminated my military career as Senior Executive Director for 2000+ staff and operators across multiple continents.
